Нематалогія (англ.: nematology), нематадалогія — раздзел заалогіі, які вывучае круглых чарвей тыпу Нематода (Nematoda), які з’яўляецца адным з буйнейшых у царстве жывёл па колькасці відаў (апісана 80 000 відаў, мяркуецца да 500 000). Хоць нематалагічныя даследаванні бяруць пачатак у часы Арыстоцеля і нават у больш раннія, нематалогія як навука сфармавалася толькі ў канцы XIX стагоддзя.
Вобласць даследавання нематалогіі шмат у чым перакрыжоўваецца з гельмінталогіяй, якая вывучае паразітычных чарвей (глісты), да якіх адносяцца многія круглыя чэрві (каля 15 000 відаў з іх — паразіты чалавека, жывёл і раслін), такія як аскарыды, валасацікі, вострыцы і іншыя.
