Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, имеющее белый волнистый вилообразный крест, объединяющий три части полотнища, вверху — зелёную часть, а по краям красные. В центре каждой части полотнища воспроизведены фигуры из герба города Калач: вверху — жёлтый калач, слева — жёлтый крылатый кадуцей, справа — жёлтая остроконечная башня.
