Hello. It would be very useful if you not only changed the files in the articles, but also attached them to Wikidata elements. For example, element for the city of Jõhvi. While I shall certainly keep your suggestion in mind, I will only be able to attach images to Wikidata elements when I am 100% sure that a certain coat of arms actually formally belongs to the entity in question. For instance, the English Wikipedia often incorrectly shows coats of arms for urban areas in Sweden; this is wrong, as the arms actually belong to the municipalities rather than the urban areas.
